RISEN CHOIR
The Risen Choir is our gospel choir that does special performances for selected weekend services and special events. Risen rehearses every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Room 140. Risen is primarily youth-driven and does mainly contemporary music styles such as Kirk Franklin, J. Moss and Hezekiah Walker. Risen is an audition based choir. If you are between the ages of 15 to 35 and love to sing, can hear and sing back harmonies, we'd love to audition you for our choir.

AMEN CHOIR
No audition is necessary. The choir meets on Wednesdays and spend time in nursing homes and care facilities blessing the elderly with music and fellowship.

THE PASSION PLAY
"The Passion Play" is an annual, community-wide theatrical presentation of the story of Easter. Outstanding vocalists, drama, dance, elaborate sets, detailed costuming and special effects - including a simulated earthquake - help to bring Los Angeles' largest passion play production to life. Auditions are held in January each year. Check for information posted in our church bulletin or call for exact dates.

PRODUCTIONS
Shepherd's musical productions have earned a well-respected reputation for quality. Our productions usually take place during the different holiday seasons, and offer many different areas of involvement - from performing to all aspects of technical production. Contact our offices to find out how you can help with our major productions in one or more of these areas: choirs and soloists, costumes, make-up, props, set dressing, stage crew, ticket sales, lighting, sound, actors/actresses.

SONBEAM SINGERS
The Sonbeam Singers is a choir comprised of pre-schoolers and kindergarteners. These little ones sing and dance for the Lord, rehearsing weekly and performing at the end of each season. Registration is open twice a year. No audition is necessary.

KIDS OF THE KINGDOM CHOIR
Kids of the Kingdom (KOK) is our 1st-5th grade choir that rehearses and produces two shows throughout the year. The purpose of KOK is to present the teachings of Jesus Christ through musical productions. Each week, KOK sings, dances, rehearses, and recites Bible verses. No audition or experience is necessary.
